The short versionYou own everything you put into Invorato. We only use it to run the service for you, and you can export or delete it at any time.Free stays free. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel in two clicks. Annual plans include a 14-day cooling-off period.You are responsible for the content and tax treatment of the invoices you send. Our VAT validation and reverse-charge tools help, but they are not tax advice.We never add our branding to your invoices, on any plan. We have never sold your data and never will.This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.
§ 01

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Quantize EOOD, UIC 205752119 (VAT: BG205752119), registered at ul. Tundzha 13, 3400 Montana, Bulgaria (“Invorato”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

If you use Invorato on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. “You” then refers to that entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the service.

§ 02

Your account

Invorato is built for businesses and self-employed professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information when you register. You agree to keep your account information up to date.

  • Keep your login credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication where available. Notify us immediately at support@quantizebg.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by team members you invite. Choose roles and permissions carefully.
  • One person or business may hold one Free account. Additional workspaces require a paid plan.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms, after giving you notice where practicable.
§ 03

Plans, billing and cancellation

Invorato offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Pro and Business). Plan features, limits and prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice as described in § 10.

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • All prices are shown exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which we add where required by law.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; we charge the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • If you subscribe to an annual plan, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of the start of the subscription period, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. After the cooling-off period, we do not refund partial billing periods, except where consumer law in your country requires it.
  • If you cancel a monthly plan, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. After 14 days of unsuccessful payment attempts, your workspace is automatically moved to the Free plan. No data is deleted when this happens — your content remains intact and you can upgrade again at any time.

§ 04

Your content and data

As between you and Invorato, you own and retain all rights to the data you add to the service, including client details, invoices, proposals, contracts, time entries, expenses, uploaded files and any outputs generated by AI features (“Your Content”). We claim no intellectual property rights over Your Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain and improve the service for you. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or close your account.

You can export Your Content at any time in CSV and PDF formats from Settings. We will never use Your Content for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use the content of your invoices, proposals or contracts to train machine-learning models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for personal data about your clients, in our Data Processing Agreement.

§ 05

Invoices, tax and compliance

Invorato is a tool, not an accounting firm. You decide what goes on your invoices and remain solely responsible for their accuracy, sequential numbering, tax treatment, record-keeping and retention under the laws that apply to your business.

Features such as VIES VAT number validation, automatic reverse-charge notes, localised invoice templates and EU VAT rate lookups are provided as aids. They do not constitute tax, accounting or legal advice. Tax rules change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. If you are unsure how a rule applies to your situation, consult a qualified tax or legal adviser.

We take reasonable steps to keep VAT validation data current, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of data returned by third-party services such as the EU VIES database.

§ 06

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Invorato to:

  • send fraudulent, misleading or fictitious invoices, or invoices for goods or services that were not provided, ordered or agreed upon;
  • send unsolicited bulk email, spam or use our sending infrastructure for marketing campaigns;
  • upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems or data, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the service, or use it for competitive benchmarking without our written consent;
  • violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, data protection and consumer protection rules;
  • resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a separate written agreement with us.

We may suspend sending or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules are being violated. We will notify you of the reason unless the law prevents us from doing so, or where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

§ 07

Electronic signatures

When you use Invorato to sign or request signatures on proposals and contracts, you consent to conducting those transactions electronically. Electronic signatures created through the service constitute “electronic signatures” within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS) and equivalent applicable laws.

For each signature we record an audit trail including the signer’s name, email address, IP address, timestamp and a cryptographic fingerprint of the signed document. This audit trail is attached to the contract and retained for as long as the contract exists in your account.

Electronic signatures are legally valid for most commercial agreements in the EU and many other jurisdictions, but some documents require a qualified electronic signature (QES) or a specific legal form (for example, notarisation). You are solely responsible for determining whether the signature method offered by Invorato meets the legal requirements for your specific document, jurisdiction and use case.

§ 08

Integrations and AI features

You can connect third-party services to Invorato, such as payment providers, accounting tools and AI assistants (including Claude by Anthropic). When you enable an integration, you authorise us to exchange the data necessary for it to function. The third party’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its processing of your data.

We may offer artificial intelligence features within the service (“AI Features”). Your inputs to and outputs from AI Features are Your Content. AI Features are designed to assist, not replace, professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending or acting on it. You must not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal, financial or tax effects.

Actions performed by an AI assistant you have connected — such as drafting, modifying or sending an invoice — are treated as actions taken by you. You can revoke any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations.

§ 09

Feedback and suggestions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feature requests or other feedback about the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, modify and incorporate that feedback into the service without restriction or obligation to you. This does not affect your ownership of Your Content.

§ 10

Availability and changes

We work to keep Invorato available and secure, and schedule maintenance outside European business hours where possible. The Free plan is provided without a service-level commitment. Paid plans include a target of 99.9% monthly uptime, measured as the percentage of minutes in a calendar month during which the service is accessible.

We may improve, add or retire features at any time. If we make a change that materially reduces the functionality included in your paid plan, or change these Terms in a way that materially affects your rights or obligations, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect and receive a prorated refund for any prepaid, unused period.

§ 11

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may close or suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, that is used for restricted activities, or that has been inactive on the Free plan for more than 24 months. We will give you notice by email before closing your account, except where we are legally required to act immediately.

After closure, Your Content remains available for export for 30 days. After that export window, Your Content is permanently deleted from active systems. Backup copies are purged within a further 90 days, unless we are legally required to retain specific records (for example, issued invoices under tax law).

§ 12

Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, however caused.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100 if you are on the Free plan.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that mandatory law does not permit us to exclude.

§ 13

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montana, Bulgaria, unless the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@quantizebg.com. We aim to respond within five working days.
